    Our sales department is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Payments
  1. Is it possible to buy your products with deferred terms of payment?
    We provide deferred terms of payment only for public institutions such as schools, councils etc.
  2. What payment methods do you support?

    Available Payment Methods:

    • Money transfer;
    • Cash on Delivery (with exceptions);
    • Cash (collection in person).
Sales Documents
  1. Can I get a VAT invoice?
    Yes. We provide a VAT invoice for all of our products.
  2. Why haven't I received an invoice with my order.
    All invoice documents are sent by Poczta Polska (Polish Post).
Shipping
  1. Can I collect my order in person?

    Yes. You can collect your order in person from Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm in our office placed in Góra Kalwaria, about 30km south from Warsaw.

    Please check if desired product is available in our store first.

  2. How much does the shipping cost?
    Shipping charges vary depending on the size of the merchandise, the quantiny of ordered products and delivery destination. In order to calculate shipping charges for your order please contact our sales department.
  3. Is COD (Cash on Delivery) payment method available?
    Yes. We support COD, although there are some exceptions. Please contact our sales department in order to check if desired product is available within COD payment method.
